Facing significant challenges with our business that culminated with a very difficult and challenging 2024, we called upon Jerry to do an assessment of our current operation, our team, strengths, opportunities and threats to our business. After some significant change due to departure of a COO who did not have truly the best interest of our people and company in mind, it created opportunities for our key people but through the COO’s leadership, greatly constrained any growth and development of our team, our business model and best practices in operational excellence.
